  • How can I know the value of a product?

    SantaremMOTOR offers you several ways to obtain values for our products. Through our telephone contacts, email or contact form here. To be assisted directly by one of our commercial managers with extensive experience, we suggest that you contact our Commercial Department, via our telephone number or WhatsApp ( 351) 960 249 442.

  • Do the products have a warranty?

    All SantaremMOTOR products are covered by a warranty of up to 36 months without any mileage limit and whenever the parts are assembled in workshops regulated by law.

  • The part is under warranty and is broken, what should I do?

    If the part is not working properly, the customer must, in the first instance, communicate in writing to: Garantias@santaremmotor.com with as much detail as possible about the problem occurring with the product ordered.

  • How can I get/buy products?

    You can respond to the form by informing your contact details, the product you are looking for and your vehicle's license plate or product reference, and our sales department will provide you with a quote as soon as possible.

  • Do you have products for all makes and models?

    The chances of us having the product for the light or heavy vehicle you need are very high, we have suppliers all over Europe who sell all makes and models.

  • What is the delivery time for a product?

    After payment confirmation, your piece begins to be prepared.
